1Scope of Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ja79 platform and all its associated services ("Services"). By visiting the ja79 website, registering an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

ja79 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. You are therefore advised to check this page regularly.

• "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on ja79.

3Account Opening Conditions

The following conditions must be met to open an account on ja79:

4Identity Verification (KYC)

ja79 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time as required. When requested, the member must submit valid identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment within the specified timeframe. Failure to submit the required information may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

5Account Security

Ensuring account security is the member's own responsibility. If any unauthorized access is suspected, ja79's support team must be notified immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. ja79 will not be held responsible for any account loss resulting from negligence.

6Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ja79 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This limit applies to all payment methods. The following payment methods are currently available on ja79:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — A convenient mobile payment solution.

Members may only deposit using a payment method registered in their own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

7Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal times may vary for reasons such as the KYC verification process or payment provider timelines.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
• If an active bonus is present, the wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• In cases of suspicious activity, ja79 may hold a withdrawal pending until verification is complete.

8Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit are eligible for ja79's welcome bonus. Details of this bonus:

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Higher deposit example: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳48,000.

9Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward completing the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Exceeding the betting limit while using a bonus may result in the bonus being forfeited.

10General Bonus Rules

• ja79 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
• Claiming a promotion more than once or abusing it is prohibited.
• If suspicious bonus activity is detected, ja79 reserves the right to take action subject to investigation.
• In the event of a bonus dispute, ja79's decision will be considered final.

11VIP Tiers & Cashback

ja79's VIP program has five tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity:

VIP cashback is credited to the account on a weekly basis. ja79 reserves the right to change VIP tiers, cashback rates, and rewards at its discretion.

12Fair Play Policy

ja79 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. SSL encryption and fair play policies are in effect on the platform. Members must refrain from the following conduct:

• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to gain a gaming advantage.
• Collusion with other members or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

13Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or a technical error, ja79 will determine the outcome based on data stored on its servers. ja79 will not be responsible for issues arising from a member's device or connection. If a serious technical error is identified, ja79 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

14Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting

ja79 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, the following steps are available:

• Request to set a deposit limit.
• Activate temporary self-exclusion.

15Limitation of Liability

17Account Closure & Service Termination

• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• In accordance with a directive from a regulatory authority.
